Supervisor Logistics, Supply Chain Management

In this role you lead day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth performance and continuous improvement. You work to build operational continuity while developing into people management over the logistics team. The position covers warehouse ops, continuous improvement, and trade & customs, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and maintain hands-on knowledge. You will drive improvements, manage KPIs, and coordinate service providers in a dynamic logistics environment.

• Coordinate workload, priorities and operational escalations
• Provide functional leadership, coaching and direction to the team
• Monitor operational performance and KPIs
• Drive process improvements and maintain process documentation
• Identify operational risks and support corrective actions
• Coordinate logistics stakeholders and service providers
• Maintain hands-on process knowledge across all operational areas

• MBO+ level
• Relevant experience in logistics / warehouse operations
• Experience with operational coordination or functional leadership preferred
• Strong leadership potential and ability to work with different personalities
• Improvement-minded, fact based and analytical, able to convert operational data into practical actions
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills
• Basic Customs knowledge
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and warehouse/ERP systems
