FP&A Business Partner

As FP&A Business Partner, you align financial insight with strategic growth, guiding European business performance. You’ll collaborate across diverse teams to turn data into actionable advice for Directors and the (Supervisory) Board. The role combines rigorous forecasting, budgeting, and scenario work with cross-border collaboration in a fast-growing, mission-driven company. You’ll help Fastned scale financially while supporting its transition to electric mobility.

• Act as strategic partner by analyzing KPIs and dashboards to guide Business Managers toward goals
• Build reliable three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash management and investment decisions
• Own opex and capex budgeting across Europe and benchmark performance against updated estimates
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and streamline processes for scalability
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with commercial, marketing, operations, product and engineering teams
• Contribute to quarterly and annual IFRS reporting and engage with the Audit Committee
• Leverage knowledge of accounting, tax, and treasury as added value in finance domain expertise

• 5+ years in a similar FP&A/finance role
• Master in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Clear communicator able to influence board-level decisions
• Expertise in management control, investment appraisal, and valuation
• Ability to build scalable financial solutions from scratch and manage large datasets
• Strong collaboration with Data Analysts to ensure reliable, decision-ready outputs
• Hands-on, inquisitive mindset with ownership of complex projects
• English fluency; additional European languages a plus
