IT Project/Program Manager

• Lead program initiation, definition and implementation
• Build and realize a program roadmap
• Manage a team of experienced project managers
• Track progress toward program objectives
• Report progress to business management
• Monitor benefit realization and costs
• Manage program risks and dependencies with other programs
• Oversee core team functioning

• Master's degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics
• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in complex programs
• ERP implementation experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Strong interest in data and AI, with ability to quickly build expertise
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills
