In this role you oversee daily production at the Delft facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output while developing a high-performing team. You drive SQDIP targets and partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain to boost performance and on-time delivery. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and uphold standards that support climate research and renewable energy. • Lead daily production activities to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity (SQDIP) targets
• Coach, develop, and motivate production associates for high performance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean/CI projects
• Analyze KPI data and production data to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize operations
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards

• Experience leading teams in production/manufacturing/operations with proven delivery of targets
• Bachelor in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems and using production data/KPIs for decision-making
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or other CI methodologies
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and familiarity with ISO quality systems
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
