Principal Security Strategist

In this role, you will partner with the CISO to translate strategy into a security roadmap, shaping enterprise security across IT, OT, cloud, and product lifecycles. You’ll influence decisions through steering committees and architecture boards, driving Security-by-Design and a matured security program. You’ll connect cybersecurity with business strategy, framing risks for executives and guiding investments using ROSI and cost-benefit analyses. You’ll collaborate with Security Operations to translate threat intel into proactive controls and meaningful SOC metrics. • Represent the CISO Office in technical steering committees, architecture boards, and cross-functional forums
• Define and champion Security-by-Design across IT, OT, Cloud, DevSecOps, and product lifecycles
• Explore emerging threats and technologies (EDR, SOAR, PAM, DLP, AI automation) to strengthen security maturity
• Act as a bridge between CISO Office, IT, and business teams to translate risks for executive decisions
• Guide security investments using ROSI and cost-benefit analysis to prioritize technologies
• Collaborate with Security Operations to convert threat intel into proactive controls and evolve SOC KPIs

• 5+ years in Security Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, or Security Architecture plus 5+ years in security strategy and capability management
• Deep hands-on knowledge of hybrid IT/OT environments, cloud platforms, modern IAM/PAM, network security, and SOC technologies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
• CISSP, CISM, or CRISC certification; Lean/Agile experience considered an advantage
