In this leadership role, you will own the global sourcing strategy for technology platforms, focusing on LED/semiconductor components used across lighting electronics and connected platforms. You will align platform sourcing with product roadmaps, manage executive-level supplier ecosystems, and optimize total cost of ownership while mitigating geopolitical and lifecycle risks. You’ll shape risk-aware, value-driven procurement with advanced commercial models for silicon pricing and software licensing. This position offers influence across R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to enable innovation and secure critical technologies.

• Develop platform-level sourcing strategies aligned with product and technology roadmaps
• Manage executive-level supplier and ecosystem relationships across hardware and software
• Implement advanced commercial models covering silicon pricing and software licensing
• Proactively manage risks and resilience in geopolitically exposed supply chains
• Optimize total cost of ownership and lifecycle value
• Demonstrate advanced negotiation skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in semiconductors and/or software platforms
• Deep understanding of semiconductor value chains, software licensing, and platform economics
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior/executive levels
• Experience in contract law, IP and licensing structures
• Risk and resilience planning in high-tech/platform ecosystems
• Proven ability to bridge engineering, business, and suppliers in a complex technology environment
