Senior Analyst, Growth and R&D Tech Capabilities (Hive)

In this role you support the Hive Innovation platform to enable end-to-end product development and analytics at Kraft Heinz. You will help shape the roadmap, coordinate releases, and ensure reliable operations and governance for a global innovation solution. You will work with cross‑functional teams and an external development partner to deliver impactful technology, data, and process improvements. • Co-own the roadmap review process for new features, prioritise and assess change requests with attention to integrations, architecture, security, and operations
• Coordinate releases from configuration through production to ensure controlled, timely deployment
• Build and run a robust change-tracking process, balancing demand with our development partner capacity
• Lead service and support management with the development partner, including weekly tracking and monthly reviews
• Monitor performance against thresholds and implement action plans to resolve issues quickly
• Be the change-control gatekeeper, prioritising and routing work from legacy project management systems
• Provide ongoing technical support to sustain progress across tech development and operational needs

• 2-3 years in IT and/or data and analytics in a large Fortune 500 environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline
• IT Service Management experience with ITIL Foundation certification (or higher) and hands-on incident, problem, change, and release management
• Hands-on experience with workflow tools: Monday.com, Airtable, JIRA, ServiceNow
• Technical project management and vendor management experience
• Strong understanding of data and analytics processes and platforms (Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Interest in emerging Agentic AI capabilities
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and reporting
