As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager at Roland Berger Amsterdam, you lead modules within larger projects and manage smaller engagements, shaping strategic work for the chemical industry and related sectors. You collaborate with international teams and clients on decarbonization, circularity, resilience and innovation, driving meaningful impact across value chains. You will coach junior consultants, present to clients, and contribute to knowledge development while engaging in multi-disciplinary topics at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology.

• Lead modules in larger projects and manage smaller projects (3–5 consultants)
• Coach and develop project team members
• Direct client contact and lead client presentations
• Collaborate closely with industry experts at Roland Berger
• Contribute to knowledge development from client work
• Participate in office-wide projects to advance firm thinking in specific areas

• Academic university education completed (WO)
• 2–6 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or related business roles
• Experience in the chemical industry or closely related sector (e.g., specialty chemicals, ingredients, plastics, minerals, energy, water)
