Sr. Enterprise Data Analyst

In this role you will lead the design, implementation and support of analytics and reporting solutions to empower business units. You’ll work with IT and business leaders to translate strategies into data-driven insights, ensuring reporting aligns with the enterprise data strategy. You’ll drive requirements, train users, and promote innovative, simplified reporting processes that improve decision-making. This position sits within the Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team and offers cross-functional impact and growth opportunities.

• Partner with business unit leaders to capture strategy and KPI needs and drive demand analytics requirements
• Align business requirements with data and analytics solutions to enable insights and performance analysis
• Act as a thought leader, promoting innovation to optimize UA's reporting functions
• Ensure visibility of reporting needs across groups and collaborate with project teams and architects to deliver aligned solutions
• Support and train business users to maximize adoption of standard data and analytics technologies
• Coordinate requirement gathering, participate in discovery, analysis, value validation, design and testing phases
• Monitor business changes and recommend analytics improvements
• Document development for knowledge transfer and peer reference

• Experience with Retail, Wholesale, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, Accounting, Product, HR and Emerging Markets
• Experience with Business Intelligence Reporting Tools
• ERP experience
