Data Management Consultant

As a Data Management Consultant at Sia, you help clients maximize data value through strategy, governance, and scalable data architectures. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead data initiatives across project phases. You’ll design data models, build ETL processes, and support data platforms adoption to enable analytics and machine learning. • Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
• Analyze and model data landscapes, sources, and flows
• Develop ETL processes to access, transform, and load data
• Design and implement scalable data models and database structures
• Build data pipelines for analytics and ML applications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fluent Dutch and English; German a plus
• Experience in data management and digital transformation projects
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, C#, R, and Excel
• Knowledge of data-driven processes, data governance, and data quality
• Experience with master data management and data architectures
