Senior Business / Enterprise Architect

In this role you will guide innovative, integrated business and IT change for clients, shaping solutions and leading stakeholder engagement. You’ll contribute to sales initiatives and thought leadership while expanding competencies within PA. You work on enterprise architectures, IT strategy, and transformation roadmaps to enable large-scale change. • Lead and shape end-to-end architecture across business, application, data and infrastructure domains
• Developer and present IT strategy and business architecture alignments for client projects
• Plan and deliver transformation roadmaps supporting organization-wide change
• Engage stakeholders, manage client relationships, and contribute to sales and propositions
• Drive governance methodologies and target operating models
• Contribute to organizational change initiatives and capability building
• Model business processes and design governance frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate vision into concrete actions

• Consulting experience with clients in Financial/Professional Services, Manufacturing, or public sector
• Strong background in enterprise, domain, or solution architecture
• Experience in process modelling and IT strategy development
• Ability to diagnose issues and deliver complex solutions
• Experience as Scrum Master and in facilitating organizational change
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
• MSc/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
