Senior Manager, IT – Order to Bill S4

In this role you will lead end-to-end Order to Bill initiatives within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. You will partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive transformation, optimize processes, and deliver scalable solutions. The role focuses on governance, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and revenue enablement. This is a chance to shape the OTC/OTB landscape in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across global units
• Design end-to-end OTC/OTB processes (Order Management, Pricing, Credit, ATP, Fulfillment, Billing, EDI, Returns)
• Manage large-scale projects and agile teams within scope, timeline, and budget
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, EDI, Middleware, and Master Data
• Establish governance, testing, deployment planning, and change management
• Monitor KPIs and drive automation, efficiency, and revenue-focused improvements
• Mentor internal teams, consultants, and offshore resources
• Support AI and intelligent automation initiatives within Order to Cash
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, compliance, and SAP best practices

• 7+ years in SAP Order to Bill in a lead role
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Deep SAP SD expertise and OTB process know-how
