Data Analytics Consultant

As a Data Analytics Consultant at Sia, you will deliver data-driven strategies that bridge business goals with technical execution. You collaborate with clients to shape solutions, build actionable insights, and present findings clearly. You contribute to Sia’s data science and Generative AI offerings and help grow client relationships through thought leadership. This role blends analytics, storytelling, and cross-functional teamwork to drive transformation and measurable impact.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and shape solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups
• Prepare and validate data by mapping, extracting, cleaning, enriching, and performing feature engineering
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using advanced visualization tools
• Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to extract actionable insights for decision-making
• Translate complex findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovative analytics approaches to enhance service offerings
• Provide guidance to business users and team members to foster a data-driven culture and continuous learning
• Contribute to enhancing Sia’s Data Science and Generative AI offerings through internal training, working groups, and publications
• Represent Sia at professional events and contribute to thought leadership (articles, white papers, webinars)
• Support business development by crafting proposals, identifying collaborations, and nurturing client relationships

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or related consulting/industry role
• Fluency in Dutch and English; German a plus
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to communicate complex ideas to varied audiences
• Efficient collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and inform decisions
• Eagerness to learn from more experienced colleagues and contribute ideas
• Interest in applying innovative analytics and AI to drive sustainability and business impact
