You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, structure data, map processes, and shape functional specifications. • Lead transformation projects and client engagements
• Perform intelligent data structuring and data analysis
• Create benchmarks and conduct people interviews
• Animate workshops and map processes
• Draft functional specifications
• Coach new hires and junior team members
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange across business units

• Master’s Degree
• ≥4 years of consulting experience in transport
• Proficiency in English and Dutch with strong communication and presentation skills
• Interest in transport, manufacturing or retail sectors
• Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve complex problems
• Team player with capability to work independently and share insights
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to build expertise
