In this role you support clients through the deal lifecycle with a focus on People and HR topics, enabling value realization post-transaction. You work within EY-Parthenon’s People Strategy & M&A team to shape due diligence, integration, and organizational design. You engage across cross-border projects and communicate insights to executives. The opportunity combines strategy, finance language, and people expertise to drive successful restructurings and value creation.

• Perform complex HR due diligence, day-one readiness, and post-deal integration activities
• Support organizational restructuring programs at strategic and operational levels
• Address HR issues across acquisition, divestiture, and merger phases
• Produce reports, project plans, data analyses, and client presentations
• Structure and manage international projects while managing risks and client expectations

• Affinity with finance and familiarity with financial terminology
• Master’s degree from a Dutch university in relevant field
• Experience advising clients on transactions and restructurings, preferably in People topics
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong affinity with People/HR topics, strategy and M&A
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Valid work permit if required
