As Global Head of Operational Excellence, you will drive a worldwide program to elevate manufacturing performance by setting targets, implementing systems, and coaching site teams. You will advance KHMS maturity across plants, boosting safety, quality, service, productivity, and sustainability. You’ll shape a global improvement strategy and lead cross-functional efforts to embed best practices and scalable execution. • Develop and implement a global strategy for Operational Excellence emphasizing continuous improvement, maintenance, and digitalization
• Lead KHMS standardization across all plants by coordinating pillar owners and refreshing framework content
• Leverage BATs, benchmark trends, and technologies to set global goals and track progress
• Perform performance gap analyses and advise worldwide zones to close gaps
• Govern Manufacturing KPIs across all levels (line to global)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align benchmarking with company goals
• Champion manufacturing excellence internally and externally and build KHMS leaders for the future
• Drive operational transformation and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Bachelor in Engineering
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations with a track record of improving efficiency
• Experience in leadership roles across multiple sites (manufacturing, maintenance, and/or engineering)
• Results-focused with proactive, innovative approach
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
