In this ML Data Associate role, you will help build and refine foundational data for generative AI across multi-modal content (text, speech, image, video) while upholding strict confidentiality. You’ll work with diverse data, follow guidelines to produce high-quality labeled outputs, and contribute to AI deployment initiatives. The position emphasizes accuracy, operational support, and continuous improvement of labeling processes. • Maintain strict confidentiality and protect customer privacy
• Handle multi-modal data (text, speech, audio, image, video)
• Deliver high-quality labeled data per guidelines using in-house tools
• Generate high-quality human insight data across modalities
• Make sound judgments in ambiguous situations
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adaptability across requirements
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple tasks
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and suggest quality improvements
• Identify and suggest changes to SOPs and tools to unblock operations
• Provide on-floor support to clarify internal queries during execution

• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch
• Written and spoken English at CEFR C1+ level
• Strong business writing skills for reports and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects
• Proficient research skills to gather and synthesize information
• Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents
• Experience in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders (implied)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
