In this role you contribute to building responsible AI by delivering high-quality, confidential data labeling across multimodal data. You work within a diverse team to support foundational labeling functions, including dialogue evaluation and AI data curation. You’ll use in-house tools to meet KPIs while ensuring privacy and data security. You’ll collaborate across teams to improve labeling quality and processes, shaping practical AI innovations for customers.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and protect customer privacy
• Label data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities
• Produce high-quality labeled data following guidelines and KPI targets
• Demonstrate capability to generate human insight data across modalities (text, image, video, audio)
• Make sound judgments with ambiguous information while performing tasks
• Demonstrate eye for detail and ability to switch between requirement categories quickly
• Support daily operational deliverables for multiple task types within the team
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose improvements to labeling quality
• Identify and suggest changes to SOPs, tools, and processes to unblock operations
• Provide ownership in floor support by clarifying internal queries during execution

• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Dutch
• Written and spoken English at CEFR C1+ level
• Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and correspondence
• Advanced reading comprehension for complex business documents
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects
• Proficient research skills with info synthesis from multiple sources
• Proven attention to detail managing complex tasks and documents
• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience
