Account Manager

In this role you drive sales growth for Medtronic's cardiac surgery portfolio across The Netherlands, partnering with surgeons and operating room teams. You will deliver clinical and technical support, educate healthcare professionals, and develop strategic accounts to grow market share. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and compliance. • Drive sales growth and market share across the Netherlands
• Build and maintain relationships with cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals
• Promote Medtronic's cardiac surgery portfolio addressing heart valve disease, AF, and CAD
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and product evaluations
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
• Deliver product presentations, educational programs, and training sessions
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
• Maintain understanding of market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably cardiovascular, surgical, or hospital-based
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to engage in clinical discussions
• Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with ability to work independently
• Fluency in Dutch and English
