Senior Data Science Consultant

You will lead data science engagements within a consulting team, delivering complex models and AI-driven insights for clients. You’ll shape offers, develop thought leadership, and manage end-to-end projects with cross-functional collaboration. Your work supports clients’ transformation through advanced ML, statistics, and optimization while mentoring junior staff. This role combines technical depth with client leadership in an international, entrepreneurial firm. You will help expand the practice, publish insights, and contribute to a culture of excellence and sharing.

• Lead development and enhancement of data science offers through training, working groups, and dissemination
• Contribute to the firm’s visibility via publications and external events
• Design and develop commercial proposals and identify new client opportunities
• Manage end-to-end projects with regular reporting to managers and clients
• Manage client relationships at mid-management level and establish subject-matter credibility
• Supervise and mentor consultants and juniors, ensuring deliverable validation and skill development

• Master in quantitative field or PhD; at least 3 years of relevant data science experience
• Strong statistical and quantitative analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Python; solid scripting (R, Matlab, JS, Bash) or compiled languages (C++, Java); UNIX/Linux experience
• Strong interest in data and AI topics with ability to rapidly build expertise
• Willingness to take responsibility for high-value missions in a dynamic environment
