• Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution
• Lead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud

• Strong functional and solution design expertise across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and digital transformation
• Excellent communication bridging business and technical teams
• Consulting mindset with structured thinking, stakeholder management, and value-driven delivery
• Experience mentoring teams and leading solution design across projects
