Cluster Manager M/F

As Cluster Manager you will oversee sites with P&L responsibility, ensuring service delivery aligns with customer contracts, quality standards, and EBIT targets. You will lead both operations and commercial efforts, driving improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Key Account Management. The role combines financial stewardship, people leadership, and process optimization within GEODIS Netherlands. This is a hands-on leadership position shaping site performance and customer satisfaction at scale.

• Manage sites with profit and loss accountability and ensure compliance with customer contracts and market developments
• Draft, monitor and realize annual site budgets, drive turnover, cost reductions and EBIT
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders across sites
• Ensure services meet SLA/contractual obligations and drive quality and Business Excellence
• Coordinate reporting including weekly P&L and operational updates to Director Operations CL
• Coach and develop site employees following applicable procedures and laws
• Initiate commercial proposals with Key Account Management and stimulate cross-selling
• Lead continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives across sites
• Develop annual plans with strategic and tactical milestones

• Completed Technical/Business Administration or logistics education at HBO+ level
• Additional training in logistics
• Thorough knowledge of logistics automation packages (warehouse management systems, etc.)
• Experience with financial management and budgeting
• Knowledge of Sales/Account management/Purchasing/HRM
• Experienced leader/coach
• Experience with implementations
• Oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong social, persuasive, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate policy into practice
