• Master degree
• 2 to 6 years’ experience in a consultancy
• Knowledge of the insurance sector
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Analytical mind capable of synthesizing options into conclusions
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to rapidly build expertise in these areas
• Dutch and English communication and presentation skills
