• Participate in three rotations over two years across Technology Strategy, AI & Data Analytics, Networks & Capital Allocations, and Service Platforms
• Take on roles such as AI consultant or Project Manager, leading end-to-end cross-market initiatives
• Explore new technology concepts and communicate their relevance to senior stakeholders
• Gain hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions, including prototyping and evaluating use cases, and supporting software or automation development

• Degree in STEM or Business related field
• Experience with data science and analysis (or strong interest)
• Exposure to AI and software development through degree or projects (AI/ML minor or module, academic or personal projects)
• Experience with Python or another programming language; familiarity with software engineering principles and data analysis; interest in machine learning or generative AI
