Senior RF Design Engineer

In this role you will design and validate RF hardware for high-performance applications within a collaborative, international engineering team. You contribute from development through customer implementation, shaping future products in a dynamic, technically demanding environment. You will blend hands-on lab work with consultancy to influence both engineering and customer success. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position that connects design, testing, and customer-facing support in a global context.

• Design, build and evaluate RF electronic circuits for various applications
• Validate hardware performance via simulation, lab testing, and analysis
• Optimize designs for performance, efficiency and reliability
• Support prototype development and product evaluation activities
• Produce clear technical documentation throughout the lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support integration
• Provide expert guidance during product integration and evaluation
• Investigate complex application issues and propose practical solutions
• Support customers through design reviews, testing, and technical discussions
• Monitor emerging technologies and contribute ideas for product improvements

• Extensive experience designing and testing RF electronic hardware
• Strong understanding of analogue and RF circuit behaviour
• Experience using simulation tools and laboratory test equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and engineering teams
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in RF circuit design, high-frequency electronics, and microwave engineering
