Project Manager

As Project Manager, you drive projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and priorities stay aligned. You serve as the central link among teams, clients and partners to keep everyone informed and motivated. You actively identify risks and remove obstacles to maintain momentum. This role suits a proactive, people-focused organizer who turns ideas into actionable plans and delivers results that support our automation solutions for aerospace, automotive and energy customers.

• Salary between 45.000,- and 75.000,- depending on experience

• Manage projects from kickoff to completion with attention to scope, timelines and priorities
• Turn ideas and loose ends into clear plans with defined owners
• Serve as main point of contact, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders
• Identify risks and roadblocks early and address them proactively
• Drive decisions, unblock obstacles, and maintain project momentum
• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks and follow through to delivery

• Experience coordinating projects, events, teams or initiatives
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Residing within commuting distance of The Hague
• Willing to travel internationally to visit customers, partners and project sites

• Natural communicator
