As Integrated Beverage Solutions Expert in Naarden, you’ll develop juice-based compounds that meet technical, commercial, and regulatory needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale concepts from lab to production. You’ll work with flavourists to create flavour systems and serve as a technical partner to customers, guiding projects from concept to implementation. You’ll contribute to regional and global innovation initiatives while maintaining a safe lab environment. • Develop and improve juice-based compounds to meet technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate product performance and stability; support scale-up from laboratory to production
• Select and incorporate flavours into integrated beverage solutions; partner with flavourists
• Create beverage application recipes, customer concepts, and demonstration prototypes
• Act as a technical partner to customers, guiding projects from concept to implementation
• Contribute to regional and global innovation initiatives; provide technical training
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory; ensure compliance with safety standards

• 7+ years of relevant experience in the food industry
• Experience as Juice-based compound Developer, Emulsion Developer, or Beverages Application technologist
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes and main processes of beverage manufacturers
• Practical experience in food manufacturing and flavour applications
• Well-developed olfactory and sensory skills
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel within Europe to support customers and projects
