Major Account Executive Netherlands

As a Major Account Executive for the Netherlands, you will own and grow a portfolio of our largest strategic customers, guiding adoption of GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You’ll drive new enterprise wins and expand footprints through a consultative, end-to-end sales process. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer goals. • Manage and lead major accounts pre- and post-sales across the full cycle
• Coordinate solutions architects, customer success, services, marketing, executives, partners, and channel
• Prospect and develop opportunities to meet or exceed quota
• Apply solution selling to address customer needs and build long-term partnerships
• Develop account plans based on customer metrics, strategies and goals
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations addressing business needs
• Coordinate pre- and post-sales engineering and support for rollout and adoption
• Contribute to market and product learnings by sharing wins/losses insights with teams

• Experience selling into highly complex organizations
• Track record of consistent results and exceeding quota
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including C-level engagements
• Experience with solution selling and value-based positioning
• Deep understanding of Git, software development tools, and application lifecycle management
• Alignment with GitLab values and ability to work accordingly
• Ability to travel as needed and comply with travel policy
