Field Application Engineer for analog and power

As a Field Application Engineer in Analog & Power at Avnet, you will drive design-in activities, secure design wins, and support customers through the product development cycle. You partner with engineering teams, suppliers, and sales to identify opportunities and resolve design challenges that enable revenue growth. You will educate customers on new products and solutions, and act as the technical advisor across the design and production phases. • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to boost design activity and revenue within assigned accounts
• Present new products and solutions to customers
• Build relationships with key technical decision-makers and engineers
• Understand customer applications, design processes, and development cycles
• Collaborate with customer teams to define system-level requirements and suitable solutions
• Drive adoption of supplier-supported analog, power, and semiconductor technologies
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical consultation throughout the design cycle

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years in technical sales, application engineering, or semiconductor solutions
• Strong knowledge of analog and power management solutions
• Proven track record in technical business development and customer-facing solution selling
• Understanding of product lifecycles, system architectures, and total cost considerations
• Experience supporting customers through design cycle from concept to production
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German advantageous
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region
• Valid EU work authorization
