Cyber Defense Manager

In this Cyber Defense Manager role, you guide clients through Security Operations transformation and MxDR adoption to mature their cyber defense capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape threat detection and response strategies for global clients. You’ll translate complex security needs into practical operating models and roadmaps, driving modernization and business growth. This position offers hands-on work with leading cyber defense technologies in a collaborative, inclusive environment. You will help clients elevate resilience and scale their security operations while advancing your consulting and leadership skills.

• Act as trusted advisor on Cyber Defense strategy, SOC transformation, and MxDR adoption
• Assess client Security Operations capabilities and define target operating models and maturity roadmaps
• Guide optimization of detection engineering, threat analytics, automation, and SOC processes
• Lead project teams delivering Cyber Defense transformations and managed detection services
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members to develop technical, advisory, and consulting skills
• Drive business development, nurture client relationships, support sales cycles, and contribute to RfP responses

• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity focusing on Security Operations, Cyber Defense, or SOC transformation
• Consulting experience with client-facing engagements
• Demonstrated leadership/managerial experience in roles such as team lead or project lead
• Ability to engage independently with senior client stakeholders and provide strategic guidance
