Senior iOS Engineer

As Senior iOS Engineer at Sunweb Group, you own features from design to production for the iOS app used to search, book, and manage holidays. You will modernise a long-standing, trusted product while preserving stability and quality, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll influence iOS architecture, drive end-to-end delivery, and improve release and observability. • Own end-to-end features from refinement to production
• Lead code reviews and architectural decisions
• Coordinate with Android and backend engineers for a seamless cross-platform experience
• Improve release automation and feedback loops (GitHub, Fastlane, TestFlight, Firebase, New Relic)
• Design and integrate services (payments, excursions, transfers)
• Promote modern, pragmatic coding practices to boost productivity and code quality
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for iOS across the team

• 5+ years of strong Swift production experience
• Production experience with SwiftUI
• Ability to evolve legacy UIKit code
• Automated testing as standard
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, CI
• Mobile release-management experience with App Store Connect and TestFlight
• Understanding of REST APIs and Swift concurrency
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs or APIs (including payments)
• Experience with observability, crash triage, and release automation (Fastlane)
