Production Leader

As Production Leader at Pentair, you will act as the Value Stream Manager for major production operations, based in Enschede. You balance short-term productivity with a long-term vision, driving continuous improvement, capacity planning, and investment proposals to support growth and operational excellence. You will lead membrane and module production, ensure KPI targets are met, and foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, HR, R&D and finance. You play a key role in building a high-performing organization and a safe, compliant workplace with strong change leadership.

• Define and execute production strategy with targets for safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost
• Drive capacity planning, resource allocation and investment proposals
• Lead membrane and module production operations to achieve production plans and KPIs
• Oversee production managers and optimize resources, priorities, and processes
• Build a high-performing organization through development, succession planning, and knowledge sharing
• Champion continuous improvement through process, organizational, and performance enhancements
• Ensure full HSE compliance and embed accountability for safety

• 5+ years of operations leadership in fast-paced environments
• Strong business acumen linking customer needs, processes and supplier capabilities
• Expertise in Lean principles and tools: VSM, 5S, Standard Work, Continuous Flow, Transactional Lean
• Proven project management with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Advanced problem-solving methodologies: RCCM, 8D, DMAIC
• Effective coaching, facilitation, communication, and change management across the organization
