Functional WMS Consultant

In this role you guide clients through WMS optimization from needs analysis to Go-Live, acting as a trusted advisor who aligns solutions with logistics processes. You’ll collaborate with client teams to implement and maximize system use, while supporting continuous improvements. The opportunity sits within a dynamic, international environment that values sustainability and inclusion. • Analyze customer needs and translate into functional WMS solutions
• Advise on WMS configuration and setup
• Support end-to-end implementation from preparation to Go-Live and train key users
• Assist clients in continuous improvement of logistics processes post-implementation

• HBO or WO degree in relevant fields
• Experience with WMS, supply chain, or consulting is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a bonus
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Netherlands and internationally
