Mobile Water Services Sales Manager

In this role you drive growth for Veolia's Mobile Water Services in the BENELUX region, focusing on new business development in industrial and municipal water sectors. You build and manage a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, qualification, and closures. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, sustainable mobile water solutions. Your success hinges on navigating complex contracts, stakeholders, and regional market dynamics. You will be part of an international, impact-driven team shaping water sustainability across Europe.

• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities in industrial and municipal water sectors across BENELUX
• Build and manage a pipeline of service contracts (emergency, planned, multi-year) with new and existing customers
• Develop relationships with decision-makers and technical influencers as the go-to expert for mobile water solutions
• Collaborate with Project Management, Commercial Operations, Technical Centers of Excellence, and Veolia units to deliver solutions
• Meet/exceed growth targets while ensuring commercial deals meet profitability
• Forecast accurately using Salesforce and solid account management
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify opportunities
• Support campaigns and provide market intelligence to inform strategy and product development

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (MBA valued)
• Experience selling solutions-based services to industrial or water sector customers
• Proven bid preparation and contract negotiation track record
• Fluent English; Dutch preferred
• Full driving license; willingness to travel within BENELUX/Europe
• Ability to influence in a matrix organization and engage senior leaders
