Field Application Engineer - Liquid Cooling Solutions …

In this role you drive technical success for liquid-cooling products from qualification to scale, bridging Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing. You own design-in, validation, on-site support and RMAs, while coordinating across functions to meet product and quality targets. You’ll engage customers to capture requirements, run rigorous tests, and translate feedback into roadmap inputs. This position offers hands-on influence in data-center cooling and manufacturing processes, with a clear impact on performance and reliability. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a strong customer focus and growth potential.

• Project leadership from design-in to volume, tracking milestones and managing risks
• Customer technical engagement to capture requirements, discuss trade-offs and support architecture decisions
• Define and execute validation tests (pressure/leak, flow, thermal, vibration) and document results
• On-site technical support to stabilize and optimize performance at data centers and customer facilities
• RMA management including first response, fault isolation and coordinating with factory for corrective actions
• Manufacturing/process interface with liquid-cooling manufacturing and ensuring quality and yield
• Market and roadmap input by synthesizing customer needs into product requirements and targets

• Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics, or similar background
• 3–5 years in thermal/fluid systems (data-center cooling, HVAC/CRAC/CDU, server OEM) or related

• Cross-functional collaboration
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams
• Adaptability in fast, dynamic environments
• Liquid cooling knowledge (cold plates, CDUs, manifolds, pumps)
• Familiarity with pumps/valves/filters/sensors and coolant chemistries
• Thermal testing methods and reliability tests
