Senior Software Engineer, C++

As a Senior C++ Engineer you will help build and roll out the core trading platform used across market data, research, pricing and strategies. You will collaborate with quants, traders and technologists to push performance and reliability in an event-driven, low-latency system. You’ll work on exchange connectivity, trading engines and data-driven tooling, shaping a platform that handles tens of thousands of products across hundreds of venues. • Lead development and global rollout of the Core platform across multiple focus groups
• Participate in an iterative development process with traders and quants
• Develop tools/frameworks for tuning and data-driven trading strategies
• Collaborate with engineers, quants and traders to refine requirements and design
• Build exchange connectivity software using APIs (FIX, Websocket, HTTP)
• Ensure software quality with testing suites and extend them
• Optimize exchange communication (kernel bypass, TLS, connection handling)
• Implement trading algorithms and translate requirements into software
• Improve stability, reliability and performance of the trading engine
• Enhance monitoring and observability with Trading Operations
• Prepare for releases and deployments of new engine versions

• 5+ years post-graduation C++ software development experience
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and highly scalable code
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Experience in parallel, asynchronous, and multithreaded programming
• Interest in achieving maximum performance from hardware and software
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical colleagues
