Manager Corporate Strategy

As Manager Corporate Strategy, you will co-create and operationalize our group strategy across Europe and the US, partnering with senior leaders to shape direction. You drive cross-brand, cross-functional strategic projects and translate ambitions into executable workstreams. You will monitor progress, refresh the annual report, and synthesize insights to inform executive decision-making. • Lead development and execution of cross-brand, cross-market strategic initiatives
• Translate high-level strategy into actionable workstreams and track milestones
• Refresh the strategy section of the Annual Report
• Identify external trends and monitor competitors to inform Group strategy
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders; support ecosystem partnerships
• Co-develop positioning frameworks and strategic narratives for executive audiences
• Facilitate workshops and prepare briefing materials for leadership meetings
• Collaborate with functions across Europe, US, and brands to ensure strategic coherence

• Master’s degree in Economics or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years in consulting or retail with corporate strategy, strategy consulting, finance, or business development
• Proven ability to communicate complex strategic insights to executives
• Strong logical structuring, problem decomposition, and solutioning skills
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with experience managing projects and stakeholders
• Experience developing and executing senior leadership meetings and workshops
• Quantitative analysis capability in Excel; experience with external research and stakeholder interviews
