Technical Account Manager - Cranes

In this role you bridge customers, sales and engineering to translate complex automation challenges into viable, value-driven solutions. You will work with a Netherlands-based sales team on globally distributed crane projects and contribute to growth through technically credible proposals and strategic opportunities. The position combines engineering depth with commercial execution in an international setting, with travel to key customer sites. • Translate customer challenges into technically sound, commercially attractive concepts with sales and engineering
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals and support contract negotiations with management and stakeholders
• Build and expand trusted relationships with management, technical experts, OEMs and end users in the global crane industry
• Support the sales organization in achieving targets and develop opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Analyze markets, customer needs, technology trends and competing portfolios to identify strategic opportunities
• Develop business plans and maintain accurate opportunity reporting in CRM systems

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant B2B experience in a technical account management, sales engineering, or comparable role
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical automation systems
• Experience in the container port, terminal handling, or crane industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Fluent written and spoken English; willingness to travel internationally
