Associate Director, GBS Supply Chain Business Partner …

In this role you will lead a multi-year transformation for GBS Supply Chain and Order Management across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will partner with regional teams and global centers to set priorities, govern operations, and extend services into new markets. You’ll drive continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and customer satisfaction while shaping the operating model for a high-impact shared services function. This is an opportunity to influence cross-regional supply chain excellence and partner effectively with business units.

• Lead the transformation program for GBS Supply Chain across people, processes, and digital capabilities
• Set priorities with regional teams and the Global Center of Excellence to deliver the transformation roadmap
• Oversee performance of outsourced Order Management through external providers
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence across Supply Chain and Order Management
• Define and implement a GBS service expansion roadmap to scale existing services and introduce new capabilities
• Establish governance with regional leaders to strengthen collaboration and decision-making
• Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and partnership metrics using feedback measures like Net Promoter Score and Partnership Sentiment

• Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s preferred
• 10+ years SCM experience, including operational and transformational roles
• Experience in FMCG/CPG with multi-regional exposure
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, S&OP/IBP, and Logistics principles
• Expertise in process improvement and strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to simplify, solve, and implement changes rapidly
