Financial Product Specialist

In this role you will own and optimize the financial product framework across markets to ensure accurate classification, governance alignment, and regulatory compliance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory developments into practical solutions, enhancing the product offering for clients. You will lead end-to-end product initiatives, improve processes, and monitor data quality and documentation. This is a hands-on role with impact on governance, risk, and customer experience.

• Own and manage the financial product framework across markets, ensuring accurate classification and governance alignment
• Plan and manage the offering across multiple countries, identifying improvements while maintaining policy compliance
• RoI-level project ownership for financial product initiatives from analysis to implementation
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable framework improvements
• Design, implement and monitor processes for compliant, efficient product delivery
• Analyze market and client needs to identify opportunities and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Service, and Engineering to improve client experience
• Ensure product characteristics are accurately represented in internal data systems and documentation
• Create educational materials and knowledge content to support client understanding of products

• Structured, analytical professional with strong understanding of financial products and capital markets
• Regulatory awareness with ability to translate complexity into practical solutions
• Extensive knowledge of financial products (theoretical and practical)
• Experience in product management of investment products
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
