In this role you lead a multidisciplinary team delivering MV power distribution solutions for hyperscale and enterprise data centers worldwide. You balance technical oversight with people development to drive quality, standardization, and sustainable project execution. You collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commissioning to align global teams and customer needs. You will shape engineering standards and promote knowledge sharing within a global MV solutions organization. • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary electrical engineering team with clear priorities and a collaborative culture
• Build capabilities for growth via recruitment, succession planning and performance development
• Provide technical and operational direction; push for quality, standardization, modularization and design optimization
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team
• Support bids and proposals with technical guidance; assist resource planning and risk management
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commissioning; manage stakeholder relationships
• Align global teams with Siemens MV factories and act as escalation point within Engineering Management Team

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in power distribution, substations, switchgear or similar environment
• At least 3 years of experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in a project-based setting
• Proven experience in people management, coaching and team development
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Solid understanding of LV and MV power distribution systems
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD or comparable tools
• Knowledge of BIM processes such as clash detection
