As Senior Manager Digital Manufacturing & AI enabled operations, you will bring digital manufacturing and asset management to the board, building value cases and leading programs across sites. You will translate AI operating models and technologies (IIoT, Digital Twin, predictive maintenance) into the Factory of the Future. You will shape the strategic agenda, drive measurable outcomes, and grow the EY Digital Manufacturing practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor talent to enable smarter, more capital-efficient production.

• Shape the strategic agenda for digital manufacturing and asset management to address aging assets and resilience
• Turn ambition into measurable results through AI-infused operating models and improved reliability and efficiency
• Lead complex transformations from pilot to scaled factory implementations (AI, IIoT, digital twins, predictive maintenance)
• Win and grow business by originating, shaping, and closing opportunities with industrial clients
• Build the EY Digital Manufacturing propositions, accelerators and market position
• Develop people by leading, coaching and growing multidisciplinary teams
• Assess digital and asset maturity and define roadmaps for connected, data-driven operations
• Create business cases linking technology investments to uptime, maintenance spend, and capital efficiency
• Deliver hands-on design and implementation of predictive maintenance, digital manufacturing, Digital Twin, and Physical AI solutions
• Engage in business development: write proposals, lead pursuits and present to C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with technology alliance partners on joint offerings and go-to-market

• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, high tech, utilities, energy or oil & gas
• Digital native with passion for manufacturing and improvement drive
• Master in Industrial Engineering & Management (or related field)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Strong communication, influencing and people skills
• Strong local and European network and proven sales and business development skills
• Result-driven with pragmatic project execution and conceptual thinking
• Willingness to work abroad
