OneStream Developer

In this role you will design, build, and maintain OneStream-based solutions to support FP&A, consolidation, reporting, and planning. You collaborate with Finance, IT, and external partners to deliver automated financial processes and reliable data integrations. You will extend OneStream with custom rules, workflows, and data management components, while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. The position offers hands-on development in a modern finance-platform environment with cross-functional impact and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Design, develop and maintain custom OneStream solutions
• Create and enhance business rules, calculations, workflows, dashboards, and data management processes
• Develop automation to streamline financial processes
• Implement custom functionality using OneStream extensibility features
• Support enhancements for consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop custom Business Rules and application extensions using C# and VB.NET
• Build, test, and deploy .NET-based solutions within OneStream
• Create automation routines, calculations, and validation logic
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Ensure maintainable, scalable, and secure coding practices
• Design and maintain integrations between OneStream and enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
• Write and optimize SQL queries and data extraction routines
• Support master data management and data governance
• Ensure data quality and integrity across connected systems
• Utilize Git for version control and participate in CI/CD processes
• Apply source control and structured release management
• Provide third-level support for OneStream incidents and enhancements
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, FP&A, IT, and external partners
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in upgrades, platform optimization, audits and compliance efforts
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Experience with CPM, EPM, or financial systems implementations
• Hands-on OneStream development preferred
• Experience supporting Finance applications in an enterprise environment
• Strong proficiency in C# and VB.NET
• Proficiency with .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Strong SQL development skills
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience designing ETL and data integration processes
• Understanding of API and enterprise application integration concepts
• Familiarity with Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure DevOps, OneStream Developer Studio
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and release automation
• Understanding of FP&A, CPM, and financial data flow
