Senior Account Manager - Services

In this role you act as the primary commercial contact for Huisman’s service portfolio, shaping service solutions and sustaining customer partnerships. You will translate customer needs into opportunities across inspections, repairs, maintenance, spares, modifications and upgrades, while ensuring high satisfaction and safety standards. You will work with cross-functional, international teams to grow service activity and secure agreements. • Serve as the main commercial point of contact for service clients
• Identify and translate customer needs into service solutions across inspections, repairs, maintenance, spares, modifications and upgrades
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and secure customer agreements
• Monitor customer developments and identify opportunities to expand service activities
• Build long-term relationships with key customer contacts as a trusted partner
• Ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding Huisman quality and safety standards

• 5+ years in account management, sales or customer-facing roles in offshore, maritime or heavy lifting industries
• Experience with service contracts, SLAs and MSAs
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness and ability to travel to customers
• Bachelor level, Technical or Commercial or equivalent
• EU passport/valid work permit for The Netherlands

• Experience with service contracts (SLAs/MSAs)
• Knowledge of service portfolio components (inspections, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, modifications, upgrades)
