Portfolio Planning Manager – Sauces

In this role you will guide medium-to-long term supply planning for Sauces, aligning capacity with demand to optimize service level and cost. You’ll partner with manufacturing, innovation, and reconfiguring networks to shape the supply chain strategy for Western Europe. You will lead IBP supply reviews and implement manufacturing and network strategies to support business growth, launches, and promotions. This position sits in a high-performing EPDM team with exposure to senior stakeholders, offering opportunities to drive end-to-end supply chain excellence.

• Own 12+ week planning to balance capacity, demand, service level, cost and inventory strategies
• Act as a strategic partner to manufacturing and innovation; lead network and capacity design
• Lead and facilitate IBP supply reviews to align supply with business objectives
• Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned to business goals
• Oversee the development of a supply chain network strategy aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with BU and SCD teams for readiness on projects like new product launches, promotions, events
• Collaborate with material planning to develop long-term planning strategies
• Develop and implement a business continuity strategy for supply chain resilience
• Track and analyze CFR, DIO, capacity utilization and SCL to ensure end-to-end supply chain excellence

• EU Working Permit (Orientation Year not included)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain planning with focus on advanced planning systems and strategic supply network design
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
