Director, EMEA Distribution and Logistics

As Director, Distribution and Logistics, you will lead EMEA-wide inbound logistics, trade compliance, distribution center operations, and outbound transportation. You’ll partner with 3PLs to deliver quality, cost efficiency, and service across Wholesale, Distributors, and DTC channels. You’ll own financial performance, set ambitious goals, and build a high-performing team aligned with UA values. This role offers impact on regional supply chain performance and enterprise initiatives, with a focus on consumer-centric outcomes and operational excellence.

• Lead four core functions: Inbound Logistics, Trade Compliance, Distribution Center, Outbound Transportation
• Drive KPI performance, SLA adherence, and service levels across channels
• Manage and develop teams and 3PL partners through coaching and structured feedback
• Identify and implement distribution process improvements using Continuous Improvement tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance workflows and meet productivity expectations
• Proactively identify risks and develop action plans
• Participate in key forums (RTB, S&OP, QBRs, all-hands) and translate strategy into action
• Negotiate contracts with procurement and finance, and design new fulfillment strategies
• Produce reports and executive summaries for stakeholders
• Lead talent planning and development aligned with regional priorities

• 10+ years in supply chain operations or project/process management
• 10+ years of people management experience
• Results-driven leadership with an enterprise mindset
• Experience leading high-performing teams and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms)
