As a Manager/Senior Manager in Industrializing Grid Investments, you drive large-scale transformation programs that accelerate grid infrastructure delivery. You will partner with senior client leaders to fuse capital projects expertise with data, technology, and modern delivery methods. The role focuses on improving project performance across the asset lifecycle and shaping offerings within a fast-changing energy infrastructure landscape. • Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders in utility organizations
• Shape and lead transformation programs improving capital project performance
• Lead end-to-end initiatives across strategy, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
• Translate business objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Drive improvements in predictability, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery speed
• Guide adoption of modern delivery approaches including BIM, systems engineering, engineering data platforms, and program management solutions

• Extensive experience in infrastructure and capital projects (program management, engineering delivery, construction execution, project controls, or infrastructure transformation)
• Proven track record leading large-scale, complex programs or transformation initiatives
• Experience influencing senior client stakeholders and executive leadership
• Proven success in business development, proposal leadership, and client relationship management
• Strong experience within utilities, energy infrastructure, transmission, distribution, or other asset-intensive industries
• Deep understanding of capital project delivery (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations)
