Team Lead FFI System Performance

In this role you lead a diverse team within the System Performance group, guiding production to meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets. You will drive structural improvements and lean initiatives, aligning with ASML’s manufacturing goals. You collaborate across stakeholders to ensure process adherence and continuous optimization on the shop floor. You will play a pivotal role in shapingOperational Excellence and supporting new product introductions, contributing to the efficiency of ASML’s DUV lithography systems. This position offers hands-on leadership in a high-tech environment with a clear impact on performance and customer satisfaction.

• Lead and inspire a diverse group of engineers to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost targets in production
• Initiate and roll out structural improvement projects to drive continuous improvement
• People management including selection, development, goal setting, and performance management
• Enable self-supporting, collaborative teams and model leadership principles
• Ensure training and adherence to ASML processes, quality, and safety standards
• Manage day-to-day and long-term resource planning aligned with demand
• Provide backup for a manager or peer team lead
• Motivate and support team members; drive problem solving and priority setting
• Ensure Operational Excellence in manufacturing and lead lean transformation initiatives
• Respond to issues raised by team members or customers and support NPI activities
• Set norms, standards, and drive process adherence; manage internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor or Master in a technical field with 5+ years of team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of ASML business needs and operations management
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
