Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at LYNX, you will turn data into actionable insights across strategic product domains. You’ll work in a cross-functional environment to improve onboarding, capture demand, enhance client experience, and strengthen compliance processes. You own the full data-driven discovery lifecycle and deliver dashboards and models that drive growth, loyalty, and risk-aware decision-making. • Own end-to-end data-driven discovery from data sourcing to modelling, dashboards, and scalable outputs
• Translate business challenges into data-based solutions with measurable impact
• Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and tracking models for ongoing decision-making
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to convert questions into insights
• Explore structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and growth levers
• Support experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement with analytical input
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting and analytics outputs
• Contribute to squad-specific goals such as onboarding optimization, lead conversion, client loyalty, churn reduction, or smarter compliance
• Embrace cross-functional collaboration and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

• Strong analytical skills with experience handling structured and unstructured data
• Solid Python and SQL skills with advanced querying
