Product Manager - IT Power Supply

In this role you drive product strategy and execution for Delta’s industrial power supply portfolio in the EMEA region. You will align customer needs with global product roadmaps, working closely with R&D, sales, marketing and supply chain. You’ll analyze markets, support go-to-market plans, and enable regional teams with trainings and tools. You’ll travel to engage customers, showcase our solutions, and ensure successful product lifecycle management with localization efforts. • Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for industrial power supply products in EMEA
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing and supply chain to define requirements and GTM plans
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs
• Create product docs, pricing models, launch materials, and sales tools
• Provide product trainings and technical guidance to regional sales and Field Application Engineers
• Monitor performance and customer feedback, adjust priorities accordingly
• Represent the product at trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews
• Coordinate with global HQ on product lifecycle management and localization
• Field engagement through travel for customer visits and events (approx. 30%)

• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor in Power Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of project/product management experience in defining strategy, launching products, and driving adoption
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder relationship abilities
• Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
